MEDINAH, Ill. – The #23 Pepperdine women's golf team finished the Illini Women's Invitational this afternoon. The Waves finished tied for twelfth place after posting an 876 (292-292-292).
Ole Miss won the tournament with a three-round score of 834 (279-278-277), while Houston and Auburn rounded out the top three.

- Senior Lauren Gomez (Murrieta, Calif.) finished tied for 42nd after she posted a 217 (74-69-74). Gomez tallied seven birdies and one eagle on the week.
- Junior Jeneath Wong (Melbourne, Australia) notched a 220 (70-78-72) and finished tied for 52nd at the invitational. She also collected seven birdies and one eagle this week.
- Junior Yingzhi Zhu (Nanjing, China) finished tied for 59th on the week with a 221 (74-77-70). Zhu posted a solid 2-under final round, including four birdies today.
- Freshman Nishna Patel (Mumbai, India) tallied a score of 227 (74-71-82). She finished tied for 73rd and had eight birdies over the two days.
- Freshman Grace Anderson (Burlington, Ontario, Canada) finished tied for 78th after earning a score of 229 (78-75-76). Anderson totaled four birdies this week.
