QUOTABLES
"Today the waves took care of business with a dominant performance,"  head coach Ellie Monobe said. "This meet really showed us our level of fitness as well as our attention to our plan and race execution. I am starting to see a lot of the things that we're working on during our training be applied, and I think we are beginning to see a lot of the work in the weight room show up in the pool, which is always a good sign at this point in the season. The staff and I are very excited to see what our next home meet has in store after a few more weeks of training and a bit more rest before our last home meet of the calendar year. We're being very consistent and it's showing up in how we are finishing our races, and we're right where we want to be at this point in the season. Moving forward, we need to be on top of our training both mentally and physically, before we get to our mid-season meet."
