MALIBU, California – The brackets have been set for the upcoming University Credit Union West Coast Conference Tournament, and the Pepperdine men's basketball team will be the #3 seed while the women's squad is the #9 seed.
 
Pepperdine's women will open the tournament on Thursday (March 4) with a first-round PCH Cup rivalry game against Loyola Marymount at 12:30 p.m.
 
The men have earned a pair of byes and will begin play on Saturday (March 6) at 9 p.m. in the quarterfinals against either Pacific, Santa Clara or Portland. The game will be televised on ESPN2. This is Pepperdine's best seeding at the tournament since 2004.
 
The tournament is being held once again at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Due to COVID-19 protocols, spectators will not be permitted.
