CHARLESTON, South Carolina – The Pepperdine women's tennis program will compete for a title at the ITA All-American Championships on Sunday as
Victoria Flores defeated a nationally ranked foe to advance to the consolation final.

Flores (Fort Dodge, Iowa) was a three-set winner over Julia Adams from Furman, ranked #104 in the country.

Taisiya Pachkaleva (Moscow, Russia) saw her magnificent run end at the hands of Sarah Hamner from South Carolina, the top-ranked ITA newcomer this season. Pachkaleva dropped a straight-set decision to close her singles run at the All-American event, which included five ranked wins.

Shiori Fukuda (Tokyo, Japan) saw her trek through the consolation bracket come to a close on Saturday after dropping a three-set match to Princeton's Victoria Hu, the #9 ranked ITA newcomer.

Both doubles pairs fell to ranked opponents on Saturday. Flores and
Janice Tjen (Jakarta, Indonesia) were defeated in the main draw semifinal by #57 Sasnouskaya/Starodubtseva from Old Dominion. The duo of Pachkaleva/Fukuda was eliminated in the consolation semifinal by #19 Axon/Flach from Auburn.
