MALIBU, California – Due to a positive COVID-19 test that came back today, the Pepperdine men's basketball team will go on pause and this week's West Coast Conference games against BYU and Saint Mary's will be postponed.
 
Pepperdine will work with the WCC and these opponents to reschedule these games.
 
The Waves were scheduled to open conference play against BYU at home on New Year's Eve (Dec. 31) and then visit Saint Mary's on Saturday (Jan. 2).
