Second-Round Results

PEBBLE BEACH, California " Tatiana Wijaya's 1-under 70 helped the Pepperdine women's golf team to climb two spots on the team leaderboard following Tuesday's second round of the Stanford Intercollegiate.

The Waves moved up to sixth place with a two-day total of 587 (297-290) at the par-71 Poppy Hills Golf Course. The Waves are just three shots out of fourth place.

PLAYER SCORES

• Junior Hira Naveed (Perth, Australia) is the top Wave on the leaderboard in a tie for 19th place at 146 (74-72). Her 1-over round on Tuesday included four birdies.
• Senior Katherine Zhu (Vancouver, B.C.) is tied for 23rd at 147 (72-75).
• Senior Tatiana Wijaya (Jakarta, Indonesia) moved up more than 30 spots on the board with her 1-under 70, putting her into a tie for 29th at 148 (78-70). She had a total of five birdies.
• Junior Patricia Wong (Walnut, Calif./Walnut HS) is also tied for 29th at 148 (75-73). She had two birdies on Tuesday.
• Sophomore Momoka Kobori (Rangiora, New Zealand) is tied for 62nd at 154 (76-78).

UP NEXT

The third and final round begins at 8:25 a.m. on Wednesday for the Waves.
