MALIBU, Calif. - A new half-hour television show devoted to Pepperdine Athletics - "Pepperdine Pipeline" - will have its debut episode this Friday (Sept. 18) at 7:30 p.m. on FOX College Sports Pacific.

"Pepperdine Pipeline" will have repeat airings throughout the month on the cable channel on Fridays at 7:30 p.m. A new show will air each month, with the second one scheduled for October 16.

The magazine show was produced by Pepperdine Director of Sports Productions Kira Elste and this month's episode is co-hosted by Elste and men's water polo student-athlete Clayton Snyder.

The premiere will have features on several of Pepperdine's fall sports teams, as well as an introduction to Malibu with Pepperdine's freshman men's basketball players, a story about women's soccer player Sophia Medina (who competed with the Mexican National Team this summer), and a look at Pepperdine women's volleyball coach Nina Matthies winning her 500th career match.
