MALIBU, Calif. -- Are you one of the few people yet to see Keion Bell's fantastic dunk to win the Blue & Orange Madness dunk contest? Courtesy of a Pepperdine employee that uploaded it onto YouTube, here it is, Bell jumping over five teammates to win the contest.

As of noon on October 22, the video has more than 450,000 hits on YouTube. The dunk has shown up on television and has been picked up by several major internet blogs and publications, including:

  • ESPN SportsCenter's #2 Top Plays (10/21)
  • SI.com Hot Clicks
  • Dime Magazine
  • Rivals.com/Yahoo!
  • headline story on Yahoo! home page (10/21)

You might wonder about the height of the five players he is jumping over. Four of them are 6-foot-2 and the other is 6-foot-1. Bell is 6-foot-3. The dunk capped off Pepperdine's annual event to open the college basketball season last Friday night.

Bell (Los Angeles, Calif./Pasadena HS) was named to the WCC All-Freshman team last year after averaging team bests of 12.9 points, 2.2 assists and 1.5 steals.
