Pepperdine's water polo team advanced to the semi-finals of the MPSF Tournament after defeating UC Santa Barbara, 11-7. Seven players scored for the Waves including a hat-trick by J.P. MacDonell. Milos Golic scored a hat-trick for the Gauchos. Santa Barbara played a strong fourth period outscoring the Waves 4-2. Pepperdine meets Stanford tomorrow at 3:30. The winner will advance to the finals on Sunday.
