Waves to Host Navy and Orange World Series

The Navy and Orange World Series will be held Nov. 14, 15 and 17 at Eddy D. Field Stadium, as the squads will be split in half and the teams will take part in an intrasquad game each day. The game on Nov. 14 will take place at 2:15 p.m. and will last seven innings, the game on Nov. 15 will begin at 2:30 p.m. and will last six innings, and the last game on Nov. 17 will begin at 12 p.m. and will last a full nine innings. All games are open to the public.
“Our guys have been working hard in the weight room and on the field and it’s going to be exciting to get everyone together for the three-game series,” Pepperdine Coach Steve Rodriguez said. “It’s great to see everyone develop as the fall has gone on and hopefully we can carry it over into the spring.”
