Pepperdine Defeats Dartmouth, 6-1, Wednesday afternoon

MALIBU, Calif. -- The Pepperdine men's tennis team defeated Dartmouth Wednesday, 6-1, at Ralph-Straus Tennis Center to improve to 12-6 overall on the season. The Waves recorded the doubles point and won five out of six singles matches.
In doubles action, the No. 1 duo of Calle Hansen and Pedro Rico routed Neal Bobba and Drew Dinkmeyer, 8-6. The tandem of Kevin Borzenski and Alexis Rafidison upended John Bois and David Waslen, 8-3, to earn the point for Pepperdine.
Pepperdine tallied points at the top of the line-up when No. 46 Calle Hansen and No. 25 Pedro Rico won at Nos. 1-2. Richard Johnson, Alexis Rafidison and Justin Montgomery all cruised to two-set victories at the Nos. 4-6 spots to bring home the win for the Waves.
Pepperdine will travel to No. 27th-ranked Tulane Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
