Waves Split in Final Day of NorCal Tournament

In this mornings match, the Waves were equally matched with St. Francis as both teams scored two goals in each quarter except for St. Francis' three in the second, which proved to be the difference in the game.
Pepperdine was led by Grant Miller who scored three goals in the match. Matt Digges contributed two goals and Josh Acosta, Adam Hewko and Jeff Willis each tallied one. Goalkeeper Robbie Miller recorded 10 saves in the Pepperdine loss.
Returning to the pool for their final match of the tournament, the Waves came out strong and never looked back as they defeated Air Force by the score of 8-3. Six different players scored for the Waves including two goals by Matt Hahn and Matt MacDonell. Josh Acosta, Adam Hewko, Matt Lee and Grant Miller contributed the other goals. Robbie Miller had a season high 13 saves as goalkeeper, holding Air Force to three goals in the match.
