Talia Gaulke joined Pepperdine Athletics in March 2023 and was elevated to Assistant Director of Athletics Advancement Events and Development in August 2026. Previously, she served as Senior Development Coordinator for Athletics, providing administrative support, event planning, marketing, and organization.
In her role, she leads strategic fundraising initiatives and high-impact events that foster deep engagement with Pepperdine Athletics' donors, alumni, and community partners.
Prior to joining Pepperdine, Gaulke held hospitality roles at Calamigos Guest Ranch in Malibu and on Nantucket Island.
Currently pursuing her MBA at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications from California Lutheran University in 2021.
A native of Buckley, Washington, Gaulke is an avid Seattle Seahawks and Mariners fan.Â
