Lauren Le Face (formerly Lauren Edwards), who has been working at Pepperdine since her graduation in 2013, was promoted to Assistant AD for Business Operations in October 2020.
She began working at Pepperdine as an accounts payable specialist in the University’s finance department. In January 2019, she moved over to Athletics to become the Director of Business Operations.

In addition to serving as the department's budget manager and overseeing business operations, she is the human resources liaison and oversees apparel contracts and on-campus housing matters. La Face also serves as the sport administrator for the men's and women's tennis programs.

Originally from Bakersfield, California, La Face graduated from Pepperdine in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in Hispanic studies.
