Kendal Waters joined Pepperdine Athletics in June 2025 as Assistant Director for Business Operations.
In her role, Waters coordinates all team travel and plays a key role in managing the financial and operational aspects of the department.
Waters joined Pepperdine Athletics after an 18-month stint in the Executive Vice President’s Office at Pepperdine, where she served as Operations Coordinator. In this role, she performed a variety of duties including assisting with multiple projects within the executive offices, managing and processing administrative expenditures, and serving as the primary point of contact for university guests.
Prior to her time in Malibu, Waters served as an Executive Assistant for Roseman Law, APC, for just over two years in Woodland Hills, California. There, she provided administrative support to a partner, maintained hundreds of client relationships, and planned and executed firm meetings, retreats, and industry events.
Waters graduated from Santa Barbara City College with an Associate’s Degree in Psychology in May 2021 with a transfer in Business Administration.
A native of Miami, Florida, she currently resides in Thousand Oaks, California. When she’s not working, you can find Waters hiking with her dogs, spending time with her family, or enjoying a sunny day at the beach.
