Jordan Holm

A Pepperdine graduate, Jordan Holm was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics for Academics, Student Development and Chaplain in October 2020.

Holm spent three years on Pepperdine's staff (2011-12 through 2013-14) as an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications, where he oversaw the department's video productions. He then spent four years (2014-15 through 2017-18) at Belmont University where he served as the Coordinator of Academic Services and Sports Ministry. He returned to Pepperdine in summer 2018 as the Director of Student-Athlete Development and Academic Support.

He oversees academics and student-athlete leadership development and is the co-lead for the Student Care Team/athletics mental health area. Holm is responsible for providing academic support for Pepperdine’s men's basketball, baseball and men's tennis teams. He has sport oversight for men's water polo and baseball.

In 2010, he coached high school basketball and was on the staff for Young Life Ministries in his hometown of Walnut Creek, Calif. Prior to joining Pepperdine the first time, he did a three-month mission trip to Kenya.

Holm graduated from Pepperdine in 2009 with a degree in broadcast journalism. He received his master's of education in organizational communication and leadership from Belmont in 2016.
