PEPPERDINE 2024-25 (FR): Went 16-11 in singles and 17-14 in doubles during her first season of college tennis ... Posted an 11-5 record in dual-match play while playing primarily at the fifth position ... Was a WCC Singles Honorable Mention selection after going 4-0 in conference play ... Finished the year on a five-match win streak ... Beat Wake Forest's Kady Tannenbaum 3-6, 7-6 (5), 6-2 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament ... Won in straight sets against San Diego's Anni Puls in the WCC Championships ... Earned WCC Singles Player of the Week honors for clinching Pepperdine's 4-2 victory over No. 21 USC with a 2-6, 6-3, 7-5 win over Maia Sung ... JUNIORS: Ranked as high as 101st in the ITF juniors rankings, seventh in the Tennis Europe rankings and 14th among all European juniors ... Won 10 ITF juniors titles (five singles and five doubles) ... Won her first ITF singles title at the W15 Antalya title in May 2024 ... In Tennis Europe Tournaments alone, Söke reached the finals 11 times and won the title in nine of them .. Played twice in the Billie Jean King Cup and made the U12, U14, U16 and U18 Turkish national teams.
PERSONAL: Graduated from Okyanus Koleji Antalya in 2024, where she went 39-1 at the top spot in the singles lineup and helped her team win the Antalya Championship and the Turkey Championship ... Her older brother, Cagatay, also played college tennis for Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and was an All-Mountain West selection at Fresno State from 2018-20 ... Chose Pepperdine because "I want to become a good professional tennis player and I believe that I can achieve this goal at Pepperdine."
