The small class sizes mean that your professors know you and genuinely care for you which is something that I truly value. Also, the opportunity to compete on an all-women team with energetic, young female coaches who have shown lots of success was something I wanted to be a part of. The team was so welcoming and supportive when I met them, and I felt like I would fit well into the ‘family’ that they have created. Additionally, as a Midwesterner, the Malibu weather is a big plus for me!”
 
FAVORITES: Enjoys biking, cooking, crafting and attending sporting events ... Favorites include Gretchen Walsh (pro athlete), The Red Queen (book), Captain Phillips (movie), Pretty Little Liars (TV show), Kansas City Chiefs (pro team), Shawn Mendes (musical artist) and soccer (sport other than swimming) ... Favorite thing about swimming is “setting big goals and working an entire season with your teammates. There is no better feeling than a best time after countless hours of practice.”
