PERSONAL: Majoring in political science … Born in Durango, Colo. … Daughter of Mary and John Mummery … Has three siblings: Colin, Laura and Olivia … Chose Pepperdine because “the first time I walked on campus I knew the school was for me, I didn’t have that experience at any other school I visited. I loved the smaller school environment, rigorous academics, the swim program and of course, beautiful Malibu. Everyone on campus was so welcoming and friendly. I pictured myself going to school at Pepperdine and I couldn’t think of anything better. I’m so blessed to spend the next four years swimming and studying for such an astounding university.”
