PERSONAL: Son of Kim Bethea and brother of Zarria (twin sister) and Zaire (brother) who played football at James Madison … Chose Pepperdine “because of (his) relationship with Coach Schilling and Coach Rigot. When (he) was going through the process and trying to figure out the best move for (himself), they kept it real with (him) and talked about putting (him) in the best position to win in life. It didn't take long for (them) to click. They have so much knowledge of the game and (he’s) going to be a sponge and add that information to (his) game on and off the court."
