PEPPERDINE OUTDOOR TRACK 2020 (SR): Competed at both outdoor meets before the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic ... Had the team’s best time in the 100 meters (13.56 at Santa Barbara on 2/22) ... Leaped 4.73 meters in the long jump (2/22 at Santa Barbara).
 
PEPPERDINE INDOOR TRACK 2020 (SR): Ran at all three indoor meets ... Went 4.52 meters in the long jump at Boise State on 2/7 ... Also ran the 60 (8.62 at Boise State on 2/7) and 200 meters (28.50 at Boise State on 2/7).
 
PEPPERDINE OUTDOOR TRACK 2019 (JR): Took part in nine of 10 meets ... Had bests of 13.29 in the 100 at UC San Diego (4/13), 27.32 in the 200 at the Beach Invitational (4/19) and 1:03.23 in the 400 at Pomona-Pitzer (4/6) ... Had the team’s second-best 400 time of the season ... Also competed in the long jump on five occasions, with a best of 4.65 meters at Pomona-Pitzer (4/6).
 
PEPPERDINE INDOOR TRACK 2019 (JR): Ran at three events ... Had bests of 28.34 in the 200 at Boise State (2/1) and 1:05.01 in the 400 at Boise State (2/2).
 
PEPPERDINE OUTDOOR TRACK 2018 (SO): Ran at seven of the right outdoor meets ... Ran the 200 and 400, with bests of 28.92 at Cal Poly (3/24) and 1:05.83 at UC San Diego (4/14) ... Did not compete at any indoor meets.
 
PEPPERDINE OUTDOOR TRACK 2017 (FR): Competed at three meets ... Ran the 400 twice (best of 1:04.43 at Westmont on 2/18) and the 100 and 200 once apiece.
 
PEPPERDINE INDOOR TRACK 2017 (FR): Competed at both indoor meets ... Had the team's best time in the 200 (28.74 at the NAU Duals on 1/13) and also ran the 100 and the 400 once apiece.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Dougherty Valley High School, located in San Ramon, Calif., in 2016 ... Ran four years of varsity track ... Earned All-DFAL second team honors as a senior ... Competed in the 100, 200 and 400 as well as the high jump and long jump ... Set the school high jump record ... Also ran four years of junior varsity cross country.
 
PERSONAL: Majoring in rhetoric and leadership ... Born in Derry, N.H. ... Daughter of Wendy and Thomas O'Malley ... Has one sibling, Tarra ... Father ran track at Drexel ... Chose Pepperdine because "it is a beautiful school with so much to offer. It has abundant resources and opportunities for my major as well as exciting places to study abroad. Ultimately, I felt as if God was calling me to a place where I will not only grow intellectually, but also in my faith."
 
FAVORITES: Enjoys writing, reading, going to church and going on hikes ... Favorites include Jenna Prandini (pro athlete), Pittsburgh Steelers (pro sports team), The Kite Runner (book), The Book Thief (movie), Friends (TV show), Needtobreathe (musical artist), bread (food) and basketball (sport other than running) ... Favorite thing about track is "when I am running I can let go of everything else that is going on in my life. There is no more stress, it is only me trying to improve myself."
