Jeroen Bik is in his fourth season working with Pepperdine's cross country and track teams as a volunteer assistant coach in 2016-17. He will be working with the team in the area of video analysis in order to help Pepperdine student-athletes with their running mechanics. Bik, who was born in The Netherlands and attended the University of Amsterdam, has more than 30 years as a management executive with experience in rebuilding businesses and creating innovative products within the retail industry. He worked as CEO for Jan Zeeman, a European chain with more than 1,000 stores, and was Director of Sales for We International, a fashion company with more than 150 stores. He also owned The Society Shop, a high-end men's fashion retail company.
