Clayton Graham was a volunteer assistant coach with the Pepperdine cross country and track teams, spending four seasons between 2014-15 and 2017-18 working with the squads.

Graham was a standout runner at nearby Calabasas (Calif.) High School and also ran collegiately at Cal Poly.

With the Mustangs, Graham competed in the 1,500 meters in track as well as in cross country between 2008-11. He was a member of the school's Student Athlete Advisory Committee.

At Calabasas High, Graham was a county and league champion, and won the mile at the Mt. SAC Relays as a senior. He set school records in cross country and in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200 meters.

For two seasons (2011-13), Graham coached the boys' distance runners at Calabasas High.

Graham is still an active runner. He owns his own apparel brand, Oso Athletic Supply, while also working at the Future Track Running Center. Graham is working on completing a degree in communications at Cal State Northridge.
