PEPPERDINE (2023-24): Had a promising freshman campaign that culminated in two WCC Freshman of the Week awards and a spot on the WCC All-Freshman Team ... Averaged 6.1 points, 4.0 rebounds and 0.4 blocks in 20.7 minutes per game ... Appeared in 29 games and made 14 starts ... Was the team's second-leading rebounder at 4.0 per game and ranked second on the team with 116 total rebounds ... Scored her first collegiate points against UC Irvine (11/7), finishing with four points, four rebounds and two assists ... Reset her career-high in points in five consecutive games, starting with a six-point showing against Long Beach State (11/27) ... Scored 10 points against CBU (12/9) for her first double-figure scoring night ... Earned her first WCC Freshman of the Week award for scoring a career-high 11 points on 5-for-6 shooting against Cal State Bakersfield (12/16) ... Became the first Wave to earn multiple WCC Freshman of the Week awards since 2021-22 after scoring a career high 16 points and grabbing a then-career-high seven rebounds against Northern Arizoan (12/18) ... Chipped in seven points, eight rebounds, three assists, two steals and a block in Pepperdine's win at San Diego (1/4) ... Set a career high with three blocks to go along with eight points against LMU (1/6) ... Finished in double-figures for the first time in WCC play with a 13-point night at Pacific (1/20) ... Recorded her first double-double against Saint Mary's with a 10-point, 10-rebound showing ... Scored 10 points in the season-finale against San Diego during the first round of the WCC Championships (3/7).
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Summer Creek High School, located in Houston, Texas, in 2023 ... Finished her high school career with over 1,300 career points and 500 rebounds ... Was an UIL First-Team selection as a senior and was the Newcomer of the Year during her first year at Summer Creek High School as a junior ... Also attended John Cooper High School, where she was a two-time Southwest Preparatory Conference First-Team selection as a freshman and a sophomore ... In the classroom, made the honor roll.Â
NATIONAL TEAM: Was invited to the U16 National Trials.
CLUB: Played for Cy-Fair Premier, a team based in Austin, Texas.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Jakiya and Jeffery Ross ... Plans on majoring in psychology and becoming a sports psychologist ... Chose Pepperdine because of its family aspect.
