All-WCC Doubles First Team — 2025
WCC Doubles Team of the Week — 3/25/25

PEPPERDINE 24-25: Was an effective doubles specialist in his debut season and earned All-WCC Doubles First Team honors ... Played doubles in 27 dual matches and appeared in singles during nine dual matches ... Went 7-5 in doubles and 3-1 in singles ... Played doubles mostly with his older brother Edward Winter at the top of Pepperdine's lineup ... Went 5-5 with Edward in dual match play ... Clinched Pepperdine's 4-0 sweep over Saint Mary's on Senior day with a straight-set win over Fransico Duran ... Won the WCC Doubles Team of the Week award after clinching the doubles point against Columbia's 35th-ranked team in the nation ... Won his first collegiate singles match 6-2, 6-4 over UC Irvine's Lawee Sherif.

NATIONAL TEAM: Represented Australia in the 2022 Junior Davis Cup.

JUNIORS: Had a career-high ITF juniors ranking of 60 ... Won four junior titles (two singles and two doubles) ... Won a J100 singles title in Lousada in 2023 and a J5 singles title in Singapore in 2022 ... In doubles, won a J300 title with Janjun Kim in Kuching and a J100 title with Jonas Hahn in Potchefstroom ... Played in the Junior Australian Open twice.

PERSONAL: Son of Rebecca and Shane Winter ... Older brother, Edward, also competes on the Pepperdine men's tennis team ... Career goal is to represent Australia in tennis ... Chose Pepperdine because "I felt that Pepperdine was a school that was going to help me acheive my goals. I also believe that the culture and environment at Pepperdine is a great place for me to grow." 

FAVORITES: Enjoys playing and watching Australian rules football, basketball and golf, plus hanging out with friends outside of playing tennis ...
