HIGH SCHOOL: Played four varsity seasons at Troy High School under head coach Roger Anderson and alongside Waves teammate Barbara Sitanggan … Scored 1,117 points for her career, also grabbing 1,002 rebounds and posting 222 blocks … Was All-Freeway League first team as a sophomore, junior and senior, and was second team as a freshman … Named co-League MVP as a senior … Earned All-CIF D1AA first team as a junior … Set the record for most blocked shots in a game and season … Team went undefeated in league play all four years … Was named to the Principal’s Honor Roll.

CLUB: Played for West Coast Premier … Team competed at the Nike Nationals.

PERSONAL: Born in Fullerton, Calif. … Parents are Suzie Lazuka and Tim Lazuka … Has one sister, Elaine … Chose Pepperdine because, “The team is great, it is a Christian University and there is a sense of community here on campus that makes me feel right at home.”
