COLUMBUS, Ga. — No. 13 Pepperdine women's golf secured a fifth-place team finish at the Haskins Women's Intercollegiate from the Country Club of Columbus this week.
Eunseo Choi posted a runner-up individual finish for the second straight tournament to lead the Waves, finishing 8-under par on the week. Auburn's Anna Davis collected medalist honors at 13-under.
The Waves finished the 54-hole tournament at 8-over par, shooting 8-over in Tuesday's final round, finishing just two strokes behind runner-up LSU (+6) and tied with SMU in fifth-place. Auburn took home the team title by 30 strokes, finishing 24-under par.
Four Waves finished in the top-30 individually in the talented field overall, with Kylee Choi, Kaya Daluwatte and Grace Anderson joining Eunseo Choi. The quartet have landed in the top-30 individually in each event that they've competed in for Pepperdine this fall.
Pepperdine has now finished in the top-five as a team in all three tournaments to begin the 2026-27 campaign.
The 2026 event marked the inaugural edition of the Haskins Women's Intercollegiate, hosted by the Haskins Foundation. The organization promotes collegiate golf and oversees the Haskins Award and ANNIKA Award, recognizing the nation's top men's and women's collegiate golfers, respectively.
"Thank you to The Haskins Foundation for hosting a wonderful tournament," said head coach Laurie Gibbs. "It was a great experience for the players to compete against the best SEC teams and play on different grass in preparation for NCAA Regionals. Eunseo is playing very well with excellent back to back 2nd place finishes against two strong fields. Everyone looks forward to playing this weekend in the Stanford Intercollegiate!"
Eunseo Choi continued her strong play with a 2-under 70 in today's final round, finishing the tournament at 8-under par (68-70-70). The runner-up finish marked the second straight for Choi and the 12th top-10 finish in her Pepperdine career. She collected five birdies on the day on her way to the 70, as she finished the tournament with the second most birdies in the field with 13.
Kylee Choi rounded out the week with a 75 (+3) in the final round, finishing the tournament in 22nd individually at 4-over (74-71-75). Choi rebounded after beginning 5-over through eight holes, carding a pair of birdies on the 16th and 17th holes to post the 75.
