Women's Golf Posts Strong Seventh Place Finish at ANNIKA Intercollegiate to Open Fall Season

LAKE ELMO, Minn. – Pepperdine women's golf finished in seventh place among a challenging field featuring nine of the top-25 teams in the country to begin the fall season at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate held at Royal Golf Club in Lake Elmo, Minnesota.

The Waves made their mark early and throughout the tournament, having sat in fifth place after the first round and eventually placing above a pair of top-six opponents. Choi went even on day one before a 3-under 69 in round two which put her in contention on Wednesday. Choi rounded out the tournament with a 74 to remain under par for the tournament and in the top ten.
