Beach Volleyball Releases 2024 Schedule

MALIBU, Calif. – The 2024 Pepperdine beach volleyball schedule was released today, showcasing 20 regular season dates of competition and nine home dates for the Waves.

"I'm so proud of our schedule and the work Noelle put into this!" said Head Coach Marcio Sicoli. "We are going to host nine dates of competition to bring our Malibu community together. We're excited to compete against some new beach volleyball programs and face off against top-10 teams in the country as we prepare to battle for a West Coast Conference championship this year!"

Of the duals on the year, five of those will be against teams that finished in the final AVCA national top-20 last season, while one will be against a program that finished in the top-10.

The Season will begin in Malibu on February 24 as the Waves host Vanguard and Long Beach State on the Pepperdine Beach Volleyball Courts. The following weekend, Pepperdine will welcome Boise State, San Francisco and Arizona for the Malibu Invite on March 1-2, before hosting Stetson in a midweek challenge on March 5.

After a trip to Hawaii from March 7-9, Pepperdine will head to Long Beach, Calif. to take on Nebraska and Arizona State on March 15. The Waves will then return home for day one of the PCH Invite on March 22 as they host Concordia Irvine and Colorado Mesa. Then Pepperdine will head to Loyola Marymount to compete against the Lions in addition to Tulane on March 24 for day two of the PCH Invite.

After the short trip to LMU, the Waves will head to Santa Cruz, Calif. for their penultimate road trip of the regular season as they will compete in the WCC Midseason Challenge on March 29-30 with two matchups set in stone against Portland and Santa Clara on March 29.

Pepperdine will return home and welcome Southeastern Louisiana University, Cal State Bakersfield and UC Davis for the Waves Tourney on April 5-6. The Waves will then take their final trip of the regular season on April 12-13 as the team heads to Cal Poly where their opponents are yet to be determined.

In the final weekend of the regular season, Pepperdine will play host to Utah and Hope International in the ASICS Classic on April 19-20. Senior Day will also take place on April 20.

The WCC Championships are currently slated for April 25-26 in Santa Monica, Calif. and the NCAA Championships are scheduled for May 3-5 in Gulf Shores, Ala.
