MALIBU, California – The Pepperdine women's swim and dive program preps for its final dual competition of the season, hosting Pacific Collegiate Swim Conference rival Azusa Pacific for Senior Day on Saturday morning.
Meet 15: Saturday (January 28) at Raleigh Runnels Memorial Pool in Malibu, California: Pepperdine vs. Azusa Pacific at 10 a.m.
Five seniors will be honored –
Jenna Sanchez,
Paige Tattersall,
Bri Cannon,
Jordan Williams and
Jasmine Williams – for all their contributions to the program. This group helped the Waves capture their first-ever PCSC team title in 2022. The Senior Day festivities will begin at 9:30 a.m.

Saturday's meet will include both swim and dive. Last weekend, the Waves came in first against both San Diego and LMU, competing with the Toreros and Lions over the course of two days. Pepperdine took first in a total of 10 events, with
AJ Adams (Castle Rock, Colo./Valor Christian HS) earning a pair of individual wins in both the 200 IM and the 400 IM.
Last season, Pepperdine defeated Azusa Pacific 154.50-104.50 – also on Senior Day. At the PCSC Championships last February, the Waves came in first while APU took third.
After this weekend, Pepperdine will be off for two weeks to gear up for the PCSC Championships at East Los Angeles College from Wednesday through Saturday, February 8-11. The Waves will look to defend their title as PCSC champions.
