MALIBU, California – The #10 Pepperdine women's tennis program will compete in its final individual tournament of the season, heading to Las Vegas, Nevada for the annual Freeman Memorial Championship hosted by UNLV. The event will run from Friday through Sunday (January 13-15).
There will be five draws of eight singles players each, as well as two doubles flights. Along with the Waves, #8 Stanford, #13 Oklahoma State, #16 UCLA, #18 Florida and host UNLV will participate. Pepperdine will play each of the ranked teams during the upcoming dual season.
All seven Waves will compete over the weekend.
Anna Campana (Hillsborough, Calif.) will be making her Pepperdine debut after transferring in as a graduate student this spring.

Shiori Fukuda took home the singles title at the Freeman Memorial Championship en route to an ITA singles All-American campaign.
After completing the weekend in Las Vegas, Pepperdine will turn its attention to the dual season, where the Waves will open with a marquee matchup, visiting #12 California on Sunday, January 22 at 1 p.m.
