SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The Pepperdine women's tennis program is home to the champion of the ITA Southwest Regional champion yet again, as #53
Lisa Zaar claimed the 2021 title with a straight-set win over San Diego's Abigail Desiatnikov on Monday afternoon.
In seven matches, Zaar (Stockholm, Sweden) only dropped one set throughout the weekend.
This is Pepperdine's third singles title for the women in the last five tournaments as
Ashley Lahey won the event in 2016 and 2017.
