Lisa Zaar to the singles final following a semifinal win on Sunday.
Zaar (Stockholm, Sweden) took down USC's Snow Han in three sets to advance to Monday. Also, in one doubles semifinal, Zaar and
Victoria Flores (Fort Dodge, Iowa) eliminated WCC foes Wiktoria Rutowska and Isabella Tcherkes-Zade from LMU in three sets to earn their spot in the championship. However, the duo withdrew from the championship to UCLA's Vanessa Ong/Elise Wagle.
Savannah Broadus (Carrollton, Texas) and
Janice Tjen (Jakarta, Indonesia) were eliminated in the doubles semifinals by Ong and Wagle on Sunday morning.
