FRESNO, Calif. – The Pepperdine men's tennis team remained unblemished this weekend with a 4-0 blanking at Fresno State on Saturday, where sophomore Tim Zeitvogel earned the clinch point and kept his winning record clean, having not lost since March of last year.

The Waves now stand at a perfect 7-0 on the season- the team's best start since 2006, when Pepperdine last won a national title.

RECAP
The undefeated Waves wasted no time in doubles, taking courts one and two by a score of 6-2 on each.

Up 1-0, Pepperdine took to singles where Daniel De Jonge struck first, going 6-0, 6-3 on court two. Freshman Robert Shelton defeated Fresno State's Baturyn 6-2, 6-1 in No. 6 singles, putting the Waves up 3-0 and only needing a single point to win the match.

Tim Zeitvogel played the hero, winning 6-0, 7-6 on court four to clinch the match for Pepperdine while also staying undefeated himself, as the sophomore has yet to drop a match since last March.
