SAN DIEGO, Calif. – After well-fought singles and doubles finals matches at the ITA Southwest Regional Championships at the Barnes Tennis Center on Monday morning, the Pepperdine women's tennis team's competitors fell in the title bouts of both singles and doubles.

The Waves were the only squad to have both a singles player and doubles pair competing for the title. Jessica Failla and #26 Ashley Lahey and Evgeniya Levashova fell in singles and doubles competitions respectively.

ITA SOUTHWEST REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS: THE PERKS
The ITA regional finalists earn a bid into the Oracle ITA Fall National Championships, to be played in Surprise, Ariz. from November 7-11. Failla as a singles competitor and Levashova and Lahey will all earn bids into the Fall National Championships for reaching the final tomorrow.

Pepperdine will close out the fall tournament season at the ITA Fall Championships from November 7-11.
