PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. -- Laura Gulbe and Dzina Milovanovic, of the Pepperdine women's tennis team, fell in the second round of the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships qualifying draw on Wednesday afternoon. The pair dropped to 26th-ranked Anna Rogers and Claudia Wiktorin of NC State with an 8-5 final mark.

The main draw will begin tomorrow, with the Waves' No. 3 Ashley Lahey, No. 13 Mayar Sherif and No. 16 Jessica Failla also competing. No. 10-ranked Lahey and Sherif have also advanced to the main draw of the double bracket.
