Men Finish Third At ASU Invitational

TEMPE, Arizona – Chris Ogle’s 15th place finish helped lead the Pepperdine men’s cross country team to a third place showing at the Arizona State University Cross Country Invitational in Tempe, Arizona today behind Arizona (36) and ASU (42). Brie Carroll led the Pepperdine’s women’s cross country team to a fourth place finish (110 pts.) behind

“We had some good competition and tough conditions today. It was hot and windy, but we had some good performances despite kind of adverse conditions,” head coach Radnoti said. “Brie Carroll was very strong and got an award. Courtney Young was our number two runner and also ran strong. Amanda Gordon and Chelsea Wishard ran together and did well.”
Next up for the Pepperdine harriers is the Kampann Klassic, an open race in honor of former head Coach Dick Kampmann, to be held next Saturday, October 13. Everyone is welcome to participate including parents, students, alumni and friends of Pepperdine.
